An exploration of the city of dreaming spires in prose and poetry, narrated by Leanne Yau
In the inaugural episode of Voxford, Leanne narrates three very different pieces: first, a fictional story of a fresher, written by a Durham alumnus (!); second, a letter from an uncle to his nephew, giving him advice on how to live at Oxford; third, Matthew Arnold's Thyrsis, the poem that first gave Oxford the name of the City of Dreaming Spires.

In the interview, they discuss their experiences feeling like outsiders as BAME students in Oxford, the divide between “town and gown”, what motivated Michelle to start this project, and her favourite places in Oxford!
